  • Morning dash: Start each workday with a single most important task. Do not engage in any other tasks till that is done. No email, no IM, no nothing till the most important task is done.
  • Coffee + Nap: The effects of coffee only start to kick in after 40 minutes. Take a nap immediately after having a coffee to have twice the effect.
